How to do painting on Canvas

Why do I choose to write about painting on canvas? Because I do love painting and get a lot of enjoyment from it. So , I want to share it now. The first thing that you have to know to do painting. It is not hard at all. And do not be worry if you make a mistake when you draw or mix the color. The more you practice, the more you can do better. Later, you can be more creative. I will give you some steps that normally people use for painting on canvas.

Before you start painting. Try to find the picture that will be your object. You can find the picture that will be your object. You can find the picture from the internet and print it out. My advice is it’s better to find the picture that you like because it can help you to do painting well. The n prepare the tools that you need, such as a canvas, brushes, a palette, oil colors, and colored pencils. It is important for you to have the tools before you start to paint so that you can easily paint.

            Finally, this is the time to draw a picture with a colored pencils. We have to use the colored pencils to make our sketch clearly. After that, you can put a base color on your canvas. So, your canvas is not white anymore. Make sure you fill the canvas completed with color. So, your canvas is not white anymore. Then let it dry.

When the canvas is dry enough. You can start to color the object with a different color than the base color of the canvas. And let it dry. Why do we have to let the color dry? It is because we use oil color, and it takes time to dry.  If it is not dry enough when you mix the color, you might not get a good color from it. That is the reason why you have to wait till the color is dry.

The last step are to put oil on the top of the canvas. For making the picture more shinning and bright. Also, do not forget to put on your name and the date. So you can remember when you did the painting.

When you know how to do painting, you can do it again. So, later you can get a beautiful picture. By keep continuing practicing. The most important is feel free to do painting and mix the color. Do not be afraid to make a mistake.
