How to educate by Music Band

If children are to become happy together, they have to have some human qualities like cooperation, wating, helping, obey.  Therefore, most parents or teachers try to educate them. There are many methods for them through sports, many studies, arts and so on. Here, there is another, very effective method. It is by being a member of a band. Until a few decades ago, most children had to practice the piano, so almost every house had a piano. However, recently, the piano is only one of the instruments that children are learning. Parents want to teach their children more of a variety of instruments. Therefore, many children can play various instruments, and we can make a band with skilled students. In addition, it is helpful to follow these steps, dividing students by instruments, all band members practice together, and following the conductor.

The first step is dividing students by instruments.  As soon as they gather with the same instrument, they practice their part until they can sound only one tune.  If there are untrained students, other members have to wait or help with his or her practicing. By this method, students learn waiting or helping each other. 

Next, all band members practice together. Even though they practiced their part, when they first play all together that sound is not good. It originated from lack of balance. A band’s ideal sound is from harmony with various sounds. For example, if one instrument is too loud, it can destroy the whole musical sound. Therefore, students have to think and hear balance and harmony. By this practice, students can learn corporation and balance with other people.

The last step is following the conductor.  The ultimate sound is decided by the conductor.  Even though each player can hear the whole sound, the responsibility of the music is up to the conductor. Therefore, band members have to follow the conductor’s opinion even though if it isn’t the same as his or her own opinion. Therefore, it’s time to learn obey the leader. There are many other traits to learning responsibility, practice on time, patience etc.

In the end, the band is like a small society. If students follow these processes and do well, they will be a good person with a very good personality.
