Sleep
Everyone knows how
to sleep, but no everyone knows how to get a great sleep even when you have a
long time for it. Deep sleeping helps almost everyone to have a perfect
sleeping experience, and there are a few steps to achieve this.
First, do not eat
too much before you sleep. Some people like to eat something before they sleep,
but it is not a good idea. In medicine it is known that when you are sleeping,
all your organs work slower than normal. If you eat, then your stomach will
have lots of work. This means you are sleeping, but your stomach is working at
normal speed, so you cannot get a good sleep.
Second, let your
body get a little bit tired. You can work out or just walk around in your home.
Do not do it for a long time. If you are very tired, you will sleep too long.
You can do it about five to ten minutes. If you body gets a little bit tired,
that will help you go to sleep quickly.
Third, do not
sleep more than eight hours. Actually, I recommend six hours. In China, a lot
of traditional Chinese doctors say six hours is the best time from 9pm to 3am.
During this time, your body can have the best rest. Now, people are getting a
lot of work to do, but I think you can do it in the morning. Chines people
always say ‘ sleep early, get up early, healthy body.’
In short, people
need to get a perfect sleeping experience when they are sleeping, and sleep is
the most important thing you need to do in your daily life. You spend 1/3 of
your life in bad, and it is very important for your health. Why don’t you try
