How to Make Kalbi

In my country, most people enjoy eating Kalbi, which is famous Korean food, gives meat a delicious sweet soy flavor. So, I would like to introduce a Kalbi recipe. It is simple for anybody to make Kalbi in a just few steps. 

            The first step is to prepare the ingredients such as ribs, vegetables and a variety of sauces. Before making Kalbi sauce, we should put the ribs in water or cola. While getting rid of the blood in the meat, make Kalbi sauce. In a bowl by putting together soy sauce, garlic, brown sugar, seasame oil, and grated onion, green onion, pear and kiwi.

            And next, pick up the ribs and marinate them with sauce for half an hour.

            The last step is to roast the ribs, but watch them carefully, so  they don’t burn. After roasting the ribs, we can feel good tasty the sweet and tender flavor.


            It is not difficult to make Kalbi. Also, everyone will like to eat Kalbi even children. Actually, when I came to the united states, cooking was in my life for the first time. At that time, I tried to make Kalbi, and it was successful. So, you can try to make Kalbi also. In addition, I recommend that if you make lots of Kalbi, you can keep the meat in the freezer.
